Warranty Claim
- Coverage: Majorsell LTD warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (6 months rebuilt items) but no longer than 2 years from date of purchase (1 year on selected products). The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty period shall commence from the date of sale by Majorsell's distributor or importer (evidence of sale should be provided).
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or any other cause beyond normal wear and tear. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or damage to the product resulting from improper installation, maintenance or repair, nor to damage caused by chemical influences (use of improper or low-quality fluids), nor to any intervention by a third part.
- Claim process: To make a warranty claim, the customer must fill in the Majorsell LTD warranty form online within 14 days of discovery of the problem. The customer must provide detailed description of the problem online and must also return the product to us at their own expense.
- Repair or replacement: If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. If the product is no longer available or cannot be repaired, we may offer a full credit refund.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the product for repair or replacement.
- Limitation of liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any other damages, including incidental or consequential damages.
- Modification: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time, without prior notice.
