Five Years On: Majorsell’s Remarkable Transformation & Future Vision
As we approach the fifth anniversary of the COVID pandemic, it’s astounding to reflect on the journey we’ve traversed at Majorsell. Just a heartbeat ago, we were preparing to celebrate 40 years here at Majorsell before the world came to a sudden halt. Yet, amid the challenges, Majorsell has emerged stronger and more innovative than ever.
Our product range has seen a noteable expansion, boasting new additions such as Majorsell Brake Chambers, NOx Sensors, AdBlue Dosing Units, Calipers, & Remanufactured Calipers. This is only a glimpse of the extensive additions we have made.
At our headquarters, we have significantly expanded our warehouse space and boosted our inventory to better serve our customers. Our efforts to broaden our OE offerings & improve stock availability have paid off. We are now proud official distributors for industry giants such as Knorr Bremse, SAF, Delphi Technologies, Haldex, Mahle, Greennox, Merlin Diesel Systems, Morris Oils and more.
Our workshop has undergone modernisation and expansion, enabling us to test and remanufacture a wider array of products. Complementing this is our revitalised R&D department, led by an Air Brake Specialist with over 30 years of experience.
In our commitment to enhancing user experience, we launched a revamped website last year. This upgrade offers more cross-reference information for our Majorsell product range and an indexed catalogue of our OE offerings. We’ve also digitised our warranty procedure, allowing customers to handle it online directly from our website. Plus, we’ve introduced a WhatsApp contact chat option accessible from our homepage.
We are proud to announce the renewal of our ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications, solidifying our own commitment to environmental management and quality. Additionally, we have become a premier TecDoc data supplier, making our extensive range of parts easily accessible. Our sales team has also received new training & equipment, empowering them to support our customers more effectively.
